Disassembly
1. Disconnect the transmission housing from the torque converter housing.
2. Remove clutches K1, K2 and K3.
3. Remove the retaining ring (84b) from the inner support of the K1 clutch (84) and remove the gear (84a).
4. Remove the drive shaft with clutch K2 (100).
5. Remove the needle thrust bearing (85).
6. Remove the retaining ring (106) from the outer support of clutch K2.
7. Remove the disk block (105).
8. Remove the disc spring (107).

9. Place the puller (076) on the spring retainer (103) and press it until the retaining ring (104) is released.
10. Remove the retaining ring (104).
11. Remove the disc spring (102) and remove the piston (101) from the outer support.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check the gap between the retaining ring (106) and the outer disk (105c).
The clearance size in the K2 clutch is given in the table. Adjust the clearance using the locking ring (106). Locking ring thickness: 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5 and 3.8 mm.
| Parameters | AT without diaphragm spring | AT with diaphragm spring | |
| Clutch clearances K2, mm | Disc 3 | 1.40-1.80 | 2.30-2.70 |
Disc 4 | 1.50-1.90 | 2.40-2.80
Disc 5 | 1.70-2.10 | 2.50-2.90
Disc 6 | 1.80-2.20 | 2.70-3.10
