Removal
1. Remove the shift lever from the intermediate lever (97).

2. Remove the center console.
3. Unscrew the bolts (40).
4. Disconnect the connectors and the electromagnetic drive of the R/P position lock (Y66/1) from the identification switch (S16/10), the reversing light switch (S16/10S2).
5. Remove the gear selector lever assembly from the floor.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check the gasket (39) for correct installation and its condition; replace it if necessary.
