Disassembly
1. Remove retaining ring (44h) from an external support.
2. Remove the drive unit (44g) and disc spring (44f) from an external support.
3. Install the puller (072) on the spring plate (44d) and press it until the retaining ring (44th) will not be released.
4. Remove retaining ring (44th).
5. Remove the spring plate (44d) and piston (44s) from an external support.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check clearance between retaining ring (44g) and outer disc (41a).
The size of the gaps in the K3 clutch is shown in the table. Adjust the gap with the circlip (44g). Retaining ring thickness: 2.0, 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.5 mm.
Clearances in clutch K3, mm | Disc 2 | 2,30-2,70 |
Disc 3 | 2,40-2,80 | |
