Disassembly
1. Remove the retaining ring (44h) from the outer support.

2. Remove the disc block (44g) and disc spring (44f) from the outer support.
3. Place the puller (072) on the spring plate (44d) and press it until the retaining ring (44e) is released.
4. Remove the retaining ring (44e).
5. Remove the spring plate (44d) and piston (44c) from the outer support.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check the gap between the retaining ring (44g) and the outer disc (41a).
The clearance values in the K3 clutch are given in the table. Adjust the clearance using the retaining ring (44g). Retaining ring thickness: 2.0, 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.5 mm.
