Removal



1. Disconnect the transmission housing from the torque converter housing.

2. Remove the output shaft with the central and rear planetary gear blocks and clutch K3 (12).

3. Remove the thrust needle bearing (13) and thrust gasket (13a).

4. Remove the drive shaft with clutch K2 and the front planetary gear block (58).

5. Remove clutch K1 (83).

Installation



1. Lubricate and install all the Teflon rings together into the groove in the B1 brake.

2. Install clutch K1 (83).

3. Lubricate and install all together the Teflon rings (58a) into the groove of the K2 clutch.

4. Install the drive shaft with clutch K2 and the front planetary gear block (58).

5. Install the thrust washer (13a) and thrust needle bearing (13).

6. Install the output shaft with the central and rear planetary gear block and clutch K3 (12).

7. Install the transmission housing onto the torque converter housing.
