The inlet pipeline of M120.980 engines
Removing
Details of installation of the inlet pipeline of engines M120.980 (the arrow shows the locking tab of the distributor cap)
6 - Throttle control lever; 10 - Bracket; 14, 15, 16 - Bolts; 17 - Locking sleeves; 17/2 - Return fuel line; 17/3 - Delivery fuel line; 18 - Gasket; 18/1 - Seals; 19 - Inlet pipeline; 19/1 - Intermediate flange; 20 - Distributor cover; 27 - Guide; 28 - Plastic clamp; 30, 98 - Control cables
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the electronic throttle control actuator together with the throttle body.
3. Remove the sleeve with wires above the inlet pipeline.
4. Remove the cover (20) distributor. Unhook the tab using a screwdriver.
5. Disconnect all wiring connectors passing mod inlet pipeline, and remove all electrical components attached to the inlet pipeline.
6. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the components fixed on the inlet pipeline.
7. Disconnect cable (30) from the throttle lever (6).
8. Squeeze the plastic clip (28) and remove the bracket (10) along with rope (30).
9. Disconnect the control cable (98).
10. Relieve the pressure in the fuel distribution line using the special valve.
11. Disconnect the blower (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.
12. Turn away bolts (14).
13. Disconnect vacuum tubes from both parties of the inlet pipeline.
14. Disconnect tubes of recirculation of the fulfilled gases from the inlet pipeline.
15. Remove the air intake duct.
16. Remove the bolts (15).
17. Raise intake manifold (19) and take it off.
18. Remove intermediate flange (19/1).
19. Replace gasket (18). The gasket should sit on the locking bushings.
Installation
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. Adjust throttle control. Check and adjust idle speed.

14, 15, 16 - Bolts; 17 - Locking sleeves; 17/2 - Return fuel line; 17/3 - Delivery fuel line; 18 - Gasket; 18/1 - Seals; 19 - Inlet pipeline; 19/1 - Intermediate flange; 20 - Distributor cover
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the electronic throttle control actuator together with the throttle body.
3. Remove the wire cover over the intake manifold.
4. Remove the cover (20) distributor. Unhook the tab using a screwdriver.
5. Disconnect all wiring connectors passing over the inlet pipeline, and remove all electrical components attached to the inlet pipeline.
6. Relieve the pressure in the fuel distribution line through the special valve.
7. Disconnect the blower (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.
8. Remove the bolts (14).
9. Remove the intake duct.
10. Remove the bolts (15).
11. Remove the bolt (19/10) bracket mounting (19/11).
12. Disconnect the power steering pump reservoir and secure it to the side.
13. Raise intake manifold (19) and take it off.
14. Remove intermediate flange (19/1).
15. Replace gasket (18). The gasket should sit on the locking bushings.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Adjust throttle control. Check and adjust idle speed.
