Cylinder Head Cover Installation Details


1. Remove the intake manifold.

2. Remove the fan clutch.

3. Remove covers (14), (15) and (16) from the distributor (6).

4. Disconnect the spark plug tips (2).

5. Unscrew the niche (3) for the spark plugs from the cylinder head covers.

6. Unscrew the distributor (6) and the retainer (6a) on the left.

7. Remove the camshaft position sensor.

8. Remove the niche (3) with the distributor (6) and spark plug tips.

9. Remove the ignition coils.

10. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tubes from the clips on the cylinder head covers.

11. Unscrew the guide pipe (7) of the oil level indicator from the right cylinder head cover.

12. Unscrew the bolts (9) with gaskets (10) or seals (10).

13. Remove the cylinder head covers (4) and (5) together with the gaskets (11) and (12) and seals 13.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
