When installing, replace the self-locking nut (12) and, if necessary, the gasket (156/1).

1. To remove the front right exhaust manifold, remove the generator, air pump, loosen and secure the oil level indicator guide pipe to the side, disconnect the air supply pipe on the cylinder head and secure it to the side.



2. When installing, replace the self-locking nuts (12) and, if necessary, the gaskets (156/1) and (156/2).

Rear left exhaust manifold

1. To remove the rear left exhaust manifold, disconnect the following components: front left exhaust manifold, electronic throttle control drive together with the throttle body, exhaust gas recirculation valve. Loosen the left engine mount mounting bolt.

2. When installing, replace the self-locking nuts (12) and, if necessary, the gaskets (156/1) and (156/2).

1. To remove the rear right exhaust manifold, it is necessary to disconnect the following components: the front right exhaust manifold, the electronic throttle control drive together with the throttle body, the exhaust gas recirculation valve. Unscrew the bolt securing the left engine mount.

2. When installing, replace the self-locking nuts (12) and, if necessary, the gasket (156/2).
