Generator Drive Belt Tensioner Installation Details
A - Tensioner version 1; 355 - Lid; 356 - Bolt; 357 - Retaining Gasket; 360 - Tension Lever; 362 - Bushing; 30 - Finger; B - Tensioner version 2; 356a - Bolt; 360a - Tension Lever; C - Tensioner version 3; 2 - Bolt; 4 - Bushing; 9 - Lid; a - Seal


1. Remove the fan clutch.

2. Remove the fan shroud.

3. Remove the generator drive belt.

4. Press out the cover (368).

5. Remove the tension roller (366).

6. Unscrew the pulley (346) of the cooling system pump.

7. Unscrew the shock absorber (370).

8. Unscrew the nut (378) and disconnect the tension spring (376).

9. Remove the front cover (355).

10. Loosen the bolt (356) and remove the tension lever (360).

11. Remove the finger (360).

12. Loosen the bolt (356a) and remove the tension lever (360a).

13. Remove the front cover (9).

14. Loosen the bolt (2) and remove the tension lever.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
