Removal and installation the pipe stop (Mercedes-Benz S-Class W140)

Removal

Remove the retaining ring (83b), disc spring and stop from the pipe (81a)

Installation

Lubricate the stop (83) and the disc spring (83a) with universal grease and insert into the outer tube (81a), press the disc spring (83a) by hand, insert a new retaining ring (83b) into the groove
