1. The details of the gas-filled strut installation are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Open the hood and fix it in a vertical position.

3. Lift the holder (2) and disconnect the upper end of the gas-filled strut (1) from the bonnet.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
