Air channels, nozzles and deflectors

Ventilation nozzle in the instrument panel
Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Attention! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Using a plastic wedge or flat knife, remove the cover over the ventilation nozzle and remove the clips (arrows in the illustration) from holders. (1) - front thrust pads.
3. Depending on the equipment, disconnect the parking aid or loudspeaker connector.
4. Remove 4 screws (arrows in the illustration) and take out the vent (1) from the instrument panel.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
Ventilation deflector in the center console
Removing
1. Press to the right with a screwdriver (2) on the bottom hooks (1) both air vents. At the same time, tilt the deflectors all the way up and release.
2. Remove the screws on the back of the plates (1) deflectors.
3. Disconnect the upper locking hooks from both deflectors with a screwdriver and tilt the deflectors all the way down.
4. Insert screwdriver (2) through the slot and insert into the groove of the locking tab (1).
5. Press the tongue (1) down and disconnect the first deflector.
6. Remove the second deflector in the same way and remove both deflectors from the ventilation duct.
Installation
1. Insert the vent deflectors into the channel so that the guide pin engages in the receptacle in the center of the deflector.
2. Fix deflectors.
3. Release deflectors and tilt up. Insert the screws through the groove and screw in.
Side left ventilation deflector
Removing
1. Remove the cover of the fuse block on the side of the instrument panel, refer to Section Relays and fuses.
2. Remove the group of switches to the left of the control panel, refer to Section Removal and installation of a group of switches to the left of the control panel.
3. Remove 2 screws (1) vent mounts.
4. Turn out screws and squeeze out the bottom part of the panel of devices (2), as described in Section Removal and installation of the lower part of the instrument panel.
5. Press a screwdriver to the left on the locking hooks and tilt the deflector all the way down. Insert screwdriver (2) through the groove, press the locking tabs (1) down and remove the deflector from the ventilation duct.
Installation
1. Insert the deflector into the ventilation duct, fix and fix with screws.
2. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Side right ventilation deflector
Removing
1. Turn out screws and lower down a ware box, as it is described in Section Removal and installation of a ware box.
Note. Further disassembly corresponds to the same operation for the left side vent.
2. Turn out screws of fastening of a deflector.
3. Press the screwdriver to the right on the locking hooks and tilt the deflector all the way down. Insert screwdriver (2) through the groove, press the locking tabs (1) down and remove the deflector from the ventilation duct.
Installation
1. Insert the deflector into the channel, fix and fix with screws.
2. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
