Removing
1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the negative cable (-) battery with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must first be removed.
Attention! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the security code of the radio, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
3. Remove the levers, refer to the appropriate section.
4. Remove the water collector, refer to Section Removal and installation of a water collector.
5. Release the brackets and remove the cover of the fuse box in the engine compartment.
6. Disconnect the wiper motor connector and disconnect the electrical wire in the fuse box.
7. Disconnect the cable connector of the electrical wire at the cleaner rods.
8. Remove the bolt (1) at the bulkhead.
9. Turn out 2 bolts of fastening (2) and remove the wiper from the engine compartment.
10. Remove the water collector holder.
11. Disconnect the left and right stems (1) from ball lever (2).
Attention! Nut (3) do not unscrew on the axis of the cleaner.
12. Turn out 3 bolts of fastening (4) and disconnect the cleaner motor (5) from traction.
Installation
Attention! Before installing, check if the wiper motor is in the end position. To do this, dock the connector briefly and connect the battery ground cable. Start the motor for a short time and then stop it with the switch so that the motor stops at the end position.
1. Connect the electric motor to the rods and secure with a torque of 13Nm.
2. Connect the ball arm to the left and right rods.
3. Install the holder, making sure it is in the correct position.
4. Install the wiper in the engine compartment and secure with two bolts to the body. Tighten the bolts to 20Nm.
5. Screw in the screw on the bulkhead and tighten it with a torque of 8Nm.
6. Connect the wiper motor connector to the fuse box and secure the electrical wires. Secure the wire to the cleaner rod with a connector.
7. Close the fuse box cover and secure it.
8. Install the water collector, refer to Section Removal and installation of a water collector.
9. Install the levers, refer to the appropriate section.
10. Connect ground cable (-) battery with the ignition off. Install the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the time on the clock.
11. Check up adjustment of levers of a screen wiper.
