The doors are equipped with switches that are used to turn the interior lighting devices on and off.
Removal
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must be removed first.
Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio receiver's security code, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.
2. Remove the B or C pillar trim, refer to the relevant section.
3. Disconnect the connector (1), press the bar in the direction of the arrow and remove the switch from the opening.
Installation
1. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

2. Connect the battery ground (-) cable with the ignition off. Reinstall the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the clock.
