Front doors
Front Door Inner Handle Installation Details
1 - Plug; 2 - Bolt; 9 - Drive cable (Bowden)
1. Remove the plug (1), unscrew the bolt (2), release the clamps, disconnect the drive cable (9) and remove the handle.
2. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Rear doors
Rear Door Inner Handle Installation Details
1 - Plug; 2 - Bolt; 9 - Drive cable
The procedure is the same as described above for the front door.
Tailgate
Tailgate Inner Handle Installation Details
1 - Built-in drive mechanism; 2 - Locking spring; 3, 4 - Stoppers
1. Remove the inner door trim (see Section Removal and installation interior trim of door assemblies).
2. Carefully squeeze and slide the drive mechanism (1) built into the door assembly towards the hinge edge of the door.
3. Release the mechanism (1) enough to gain access to the locking spring (2).
4. Press the spring (2) away from the locking tongue (3), leaving it hooked onto the tongue (4).
5. Disconnect the drive rod.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
