Caution! The gas control cable is very sensitive to bending and therefore must be handled with particular care during installation. A single slight bend can lead to its subsequent breakage during vehicle operation. Therefore, bent cables should not be used during installation.

Removal

Removal

1. Remove the guide element (30/5). First pull the plastic nipple out of it.

2. Unhook the gas control cable (30). To do this, pull the cable drive out through the slot in the rocker lever (32/6). Squeeze the plastic spring clamp (30/4) and pull the cable out on the support (32/3).

3. Remove the protective cover under the control panel.

4. Unhook the cable drive fastening on the accelerator lever. To do this, pull out the holder with the spacer bolt.

5. Press the gas cable out from the inside of the car. Do not push out the rubber bushing.

4. Install the protective cover under the control panel.

5. Insert the throttle control cable through the hole in the support, press it into the support and secure it.

6. Hang the gas control cable together with the guide element. Make sure that the plastic nipple is fixed in the guide element.
