6-cylinder engines
Disconnect the oil return line at the oil pan.

Loosen the 6 bolts of the protective pan on the cylinder block and remove the pan.
Turn the front wheels to the left and unscrew the protective cover bolts.
Remove the vibration damper and then unscrew the lower generator bracket.
Then unscrew the bolts of the upper part of the oil pan, but so that 2 more bolts remain tightened in the cylinder block.
Remove the bottom of the oil pan and then remove the oil pump after removing the three mounting bolts.
Pull the dipstick guide tube up from the holder and tap it out from underneath with a plastic hammer from the top of the oil pan.
On vehicles equipped with a compressor (with air conditioning system), remove the lower stand.
Disconnect the throttle control levers.
Disconnect the propeller shaft from the gearbox and pull it back.
Unscrew the engine shock absorber at the bottom and unscrew the engine mounting bolts on the engine mounts.
Support the engine front and rear on engine lift axles and lift it up until the oil pan can be separated.
Before installation, clean the contact surfaces of the cylinder block and oil pan.
Replace the radial rear seal ring and press it in.
Trim the radial sealing ring so that it protrudes above the plane by about 0.5 or 1.0 mm and achieve the desired overlap. A homemade template can be used here. The overlap of the gray-graphite sealing ring is 1.0 mm, yellow-brown - 0.5 mm. Lubricate the sealing ring with oil.
Apply sealant to the contact surface of the oil pan and install it, first lightly tightening the 2 bolts at the front and rear. The oil pan must be flush with the intermediate flange or be tightened before tightening the mounting bolts to the cylinder block.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
After installation, check the operation of the control levers.
8-cylinder engines
Remove the compressor with the support and tension roller.
Remove the adjusting (managers) levers.
Remove the lower part of the oil pan.
Remove the dipstick guide tube.
Remove the oil pump.
Remove the bolts from the top of the oil pan.

Remove both engine mounting bolts from the engine mount.
Loosen the fastening of both engine shock absorbers.
Unhook the radiator frame and then lift the engine with a crane or suitable winch until the oil pan can be removed.
To install, adhere the new oil pan gasket to the oil pan using grease.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
The rear contact surface of the oil pan must be flush with the rear surface of the cylinder block. If this is not the case, noise and vibration may occur.
