Mark with paint the relative position of the left camshaft sprocket and the drive chain, as shown in rice. 91.
Remove the chain tensioner or tensioner spring.
Remove the chain guide from the camshaft housing (see section 3.10.4).
Fix a piece of wire on the guide sprocket, use an M10 pin and an impact puller to remove the axis of the guide sprocket.
Using wire, remove the guide sprocket.
When installing, lower the sprocket with a piece of wire to the installation site and, holding it in the required position, install the sprocket axle with the stud screwed into it. Using an impact puller, set the sprocket shaft in place until it stops. Install the damper in the camshaft housing.
Check alignment of marks on camshaft sprocket and drive chain. Install the chain tensioner.
