The heating and ventilation system consists of a fan located under the panel, ventilation nozzles located in the center and on the sides of the panel, and air ducts.
The control unit is located in the panel and operates flaps to deflect and mix the air passing through the various parts of the heating and ventilation system. Cold air enters the system through a grille in the rear of the engine compartment. If necessary, the air flow can be increased by turning on the fan. To warm the air, cold air is passed through the heater core, heated by hot coolant. Depending on the position of the switches, the supply of fresh air can be closed, while the air inside the car circulates.
