The front towing eye is located under the trim strip at the bottom of the front bumper.
Towing must be carried out in compliance with the following conditions.
Use a proper towing rope.
Turn the ignition key to the "on" position to release the steering column lock and operate the turn signals and brake lights.
Before towing, release the handbrake and place the gearshift lever in neutral.
Please note that more force is required to press the brake pedal, as the brake booster only operates when the engine is running.
On models with power steering, it will also require more effort to turn the steering wheel.
On models with automatic transmission, take special precautions, otherwise the transmission can be easily damaged.
