1. Disconnect the connector from the oil pressure sensor.
2. Unscrew the pressure sensor. Install a pressure gauge to check the oil pressure.
3. Start and warm up the engine.
4. Take pressure gauge readings at idle and at 3000 rpm and compare them with the norm.
5. Remove the pressure gauge and install the emergency oil pressure sensor.
