1. Make sure that the clutch action is smooth and even, the car starts smoothly and the pedal travel does not exceed the recommended one. Also listen for noise when squeezing the clutch.
2. Check that all gears can be engaged smoothly and without noise.
3. Check if the hydraulic clutch drive components are leaking (see Chapter 6).
