Wiper blades (release models before January 1985)
1. Lift the wiper blade and arm away from the windshield.
2. Press the latch on the brush and slide it from the end of the wiper arm.
3. Where an additional brush is installed on the arm base, remove the retainer and remove the additional brush.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Wiper blades (release models after 1985)
5. Lift the wiper blade and arm away from the windshield.
6. Depress the plastic latch and lift the brush from the hook on the lever (see fig. 17.6, a, b).

7. Insert the brush, then move the latch up until it stops. Lower the wiper arm by pressing the tab on the bottom of the arm and lower the wiper blade onto the glass.
Wiper arm (models produced before January 1985)
8. Raise the hood to a vertical position by pressing the latch on the left hinge and loosen the retaining ring on the stop post.
9. Turn the cover back, then unscrew the nut securing the lever to the axis of rotation. Remove the washer and remove the lever.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, however, check that the brush rests on the glass in its original position before pushing the lever onto the axle.
Wiper arm (release models after January 1995)
11. To remove the arm on the panoramic wiper mechanism, release the wiper arm cover with a thin screwdriver and open the cover (see fig. 17.11).

12. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the lever and remove the lever from the drive mechanism (see fig. 17.12).

13. Place the lever on the drive mechanism and push it until the lever bolt hole aligns with the groove on the shaft.

14. Install the mounting bolt and close the cover.
