Emblem on the hood — removal and installation (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W201)

Removal

1. Working from underneath the bonnet, use heavy duty pliers to pull the spring clip downwards and turn the clip to the left by 90°. Check that the spring clip fits into the groove on the socket.

2. Pull the star up from the grille trim.

Installation

3. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
