Hood hinge — removal and installation (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W201)

Removal

1. Remove the hood as described in paragraph 6.

2. To access the hinge mounting nuts, remove the plastic cover from below the wheel arch.

3. Unscrew the four hinge mounting nuts and remove the hinge.

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. After installation, adjust the position of the hood as described in paragraph 7.
