Disassembly



1. Remove the 90 retaining ring from the outer support.



2. Remove the disc block 89 from the outer support.

2. Remove the disc block 89 from the outer support.


3. Place puller 072 on spring plate 87 and compress it until retaining ring 88 is released.

4. Remove disc spring 86b and piston 86 by supplying compressed air to hole A.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check the gap between the retaining ring 90 and the outer disk 89c. The gap size in the K1 clutch is given in the table. Adjust the gap using the retaining ring 90. Thickness of the retaining ring: 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
