Removing
1. Remove bracket (262) and torsion spring (216)
2. Remove the bolt (259) with gasket (258) and remove the oil pump bracket.
3. Remove the drive chain from the oil pump sprocket (263).
4. Remove the timing chain tensioner.
5. Mark the relative position of the timing chain and crankshaft sprocket.
6. Mark the relative position of the timing chain and camshaft sprocket.
7. Turn away a bolt and remove an asterisk of a camshaft.
8. Remove the crankshaft sprocket using a puller.
9. Check up a condition of a clamp in a cranked shaft and, if it is necessary, replace it.
Installation
1. Transfer the label from the old sprocket to the new one.
2. Press the new sprocket onto the crankshaft using the setting tool.
3. Install the camshaft sprocket and timing chain according to the marks.
4. Install the chain tensioner and replace the O-ring.
5. Check the adjustment of the TDC marks.
6. Install the chain together with the oil pump sprocket. Install the sprocket with the convex side of the sprocket facing forward.
7. Attach bracket (262) and torsion spring (261). Start the engine and check for leaks.
