Removal and installation the clutch housing
New or replacement gearboxes are usually supplied without the clutch housing.
Remove the clutch release sleeve from the guide pipe of the front gearbox cover.
Remove the clutch release fork from the ball joint (see description in section 8.4).
Loosen the flywheel housing mounting nuts evenly.
Using light hammer blows on the crankcase, remove the crankcase from its mounting places and remove it from the mounting studs together with the working cylinder and pipeline (see fig. 170). Installation is performed in the reverse order. Using a few blows of a hammer with a rubber striker, seat the clutch housing on the flange on the gearbox. Coat the inner surface of the mounting nuts with sealant.
