Since the hydraulic clutch system works with the use of brake fluid, you can also read subsection 11.10.
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Check the brake fluid level in the common reservoir, if necessary add brake fluid to the maximum mark.
3. Remove the dust caps from the breather valves on the camshaft cylinder and on the front right disc brake caliper.
4. Carefully clean the breather valves.
5. Fit a transparent hose to the disc brake caliper breather valve.
6. Pour brake fluid into the hose. To do this, open the screw plug of the bleeder on the brake caliper. Slowly depress the brake pedal (assistant) and hold in this position. Close the breather valve and release the brake pedal. Then open the breather valve again and depress the brake pedal again. Repeat this operation until the hose is completely filled with brake fluid. Close the hose with your finger so that the brake fluid does not spill out.
Attention! The fluid level in the vessel must not drop too low, top up with new brake fluid if necessary.
7. Insert the free end of the hose into the breather screw on the disc brake caliper. Repeat this operation until there are no more air bubbles in the compensation tank. At the same time, constantly add new brake fluid.
8. Close the breather screws on the disc brake caliper and on the timing cylinder. Remove the hose and put on the dust caps.
9. Lower the car.
10. Add brake fluid up to the maximum mark.
11. Check the functioning of the brake and clutch systems.
