Cylinder sensor leaking | Check the sensor-cylinder, instruct to squeeze the pedal and check if the liquid in the receiver has boiled. |
Air in the clutch system | Bleed the air from the clutch control actuator. |
Clutch pedal does not reach limit stop | Check the clutch pedal stop, cut out the mat if necessary. |
Friction lining stuck due to abrasion | Replace clutch disc. |
Clutch disc seizing on primary gearbox, small spline joint dry or sticking | Clean the spline connection, remove burrs, remove rust if necessary. |
Clutch disc has lateral runout | Have the clutch disc checked and replaced if necessary. |
