Removal the tie rod end
10 — Steering rod
10a — Tie rod joint, 55 Nm
10f — Locknut
Removal
1. Set the steering column to the extended position.
2. Drain the fluid from the power steering reservoir.
3. Disconnect the wiring, pipes and steering rods.
4. Remove the steering shaft lock. The steering wheel must not be able to rotate, otherwise the contact spring A45 may be damaged after replacement.
5. Disconnect the steering shaft from the steering gear shaft.

6. Loosen the bolts and remove the steering gear.
Installation
1. Set the steering gear to the center position.
2. Install the steering gear and bolt it to the support on the front beam.
3. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
4. Fill the power steering reservoir with fluid and check for operation and leaks.
