Manual steering wheel adjustment
There is a danger of an accident!
For safety reasons, do not change the position of the steering wheel while driving.
Also remove the ignition key when leaving the vehicle for a short time.
With the driver's door open, however, steering wheel adjustment is also possible. Therefore, do not leave children in the car unattended.
Pen (1) located on the steering column.
Exemption: Handle (1) pull to the end.
Installation: Extend the steering wheel, push, move up or down.
Fixation: Handle (1) push it all the way in.
Electric steering wheel adjustment
The steering wheel can be adjusted if the key in the ignition switch is turned to position 1 or 2 or if the appropriate door is opened.
The switch is located on the driver's door.
1. Longitudinal movement of the steering column. Move the switch forward or backward.
2. Steering column height. Slide the switch up or down.
Note. The position of the steering wheel can be memorized along with the position of the seat and the outside rear-view mirror on the driver's side.
(Memory function - see section Memory for seats, steering wheel and exterior mirrors).

The exterior rear-view mirrors are spherical, thanks to which the field of view expands.
Adjustment of position of external rear-view mirrors
Turn the ignition key to position 2.
Mirror selection:
- From the driver's side - press the button -1-.
- From the driver's side - press the button -2-.
Press the adjusting switch -3- as needed up, down, left or right.
Note. At low outside temperatures, the mirrors are heated automatically.
Recording the position of the mirror in memory
Models with memory function
Along with the position of the exterior mirrors, memorize the position of the interior rear-view mirror, seats and steering wheel. (The memory function is discussed in Section Memory for seats, steering wheel and exterior mirrors).
Setting the position of the outside rear-view mirror when parking, on the front passenger side
Turn the key in the ignition switch to position 2.
On the menu «CONVENIENCE» (COMFORTABLE CONTROL) systems «Individual installation», in the installation menu «MIRROR SETTING» «WHEN PARKING» (PARKING MIRROR POSITION), the setting must be selected «ON» (ON) (Chapter Multifunction steering wheel, universal display). If the setting is selected «OFF» (OFF), the function is disabled.
Click the button (2).
Engage reverse gear.
The outside rear view mirror on the passenger side swivels down.
The outside rearview mirror rotates to its original position if:
- reverse gear is switched off - after about 10 seconds;
- the speed of movement of 10 km / h is exceeded - immediately, regardless of the gear engaged;
- button is pressed (1).

Models with memory function
Turn the key in the ignition switch to position 1 or 2.
The car must stop.
Click the button (2) and place the mirror on the edge of the sidewalk curbstone.
Press the memory button (4).
Adjusting switch (3) keep pressed down for 3 seconds.
The mirror should not change its position.
If the mirror changes position, repeat the memory entry.
Note. For each key, it is possible to write to the memory, respectively, one position when parking.
Folding outside rear-view mirrors with electric drive
The buttons are above the light switch.

Turn the key in the ignition switch to position 2.
Folding the door mirrors: Lightly press the button (1).
Deployment of exterior rear-view mirrors: Lightly press the button (2).
Auto-dimming exterior mirror, driver's side
Dimming: Turn the ignition key to position 2.
Depending on the angle of the light, the outside rear view mirror on the driver's side automatically switches the dimming function off or on.
Note. When reverse gear is engaged or the interior lighting is on, the outside rear-view mirror on the driver's side does not dim.
Mechanically dimming interior rear view mirror
Adjust the position of the mirror manually.
Anti-dazzle dimming: using the dimming lever -1-.
Auto-dimming interior rearview mirror
Adjust the position of the mirror manually.
Anti-dazzle dimming: Turn the ignition key to position 2.
Depending on the angle of the light, the interior rearview mirror automatically switches the dimming function on or off.
Note. When reverse gear is engaged or the interior lights are on, the dimming function on the interior rearview mirror is disabled.
