Removal
1. Raise the car.
2. Unscrew the 6 cover mounting bolts (arrows) and remove the bottom cover.
Installation
1. Attach the cover and tighten the bolts. At the same time, install the side part so that its edge is above the engine compartment trim.
2. Lower the car.
Cars with anti-theft devices
1. Before removing the engine compartment cover, switch off the anti-theft protection device through the engine hood openings. Whether the protection device is installed can be determined by the presence of the device pos. N₂6/2.

2. Unscrew or remove the high voltage wire (arrow).
3. After installing the engine compartment cover, connect the high voltage wire.
