Removing
1. Unscrew the connecting rod caps and remove the pistons together with the connecting rods.
2. Check the connecting rod cap bolts.
3. Using a screwdriver, remove the circlip and press out the piston pin.
Installation
1. If the piston is damaged, check the clearance and axial runout of the piston rings.
2. Lubricate the piston pin and connecting rod bushings with oil.
3. Install the piston so that the arrow points in the direction of travel and the locking slots (arrows) the connecting rods were located outward.
4. Press the piston pin into the piston by hand.
5. Insert the circlip into the groove.
6. Fit the piston ring bandage and insert the piston into the cylinder with the arrows pointing in the direction of travel.
7. Install the connecting rod caps on the connecting rods according to the markings on them.
8. Turn a cranked shaft and check up ease of rotation.
