Removal

Valve installation details
2 - Support stand; 3 - Hydraulic compensator; 5 - Thrust piece; 6 - Tongs; 7 - Support; 8, 23 - Bolt; 9 - Push lever; 14 - Rusks; 15 - Upper spring retainer

Install the cylinder head (87) onto the base (24). Install the insert (25) onto the base (24) in the direction of the arrow (26).

1. Bolt the cylinder head (87) to the base (24) using the cylinder head mounting bolts at the front and rear in the direction of the arrow (26).

2. Set the support stand (2) with the support (7) in an off-center position.

3. Screw the support post (2) with two M7x35 bolts (bearing cap mounting bolts).

4. Remove the hydraulic lifters (3) from each cylinder.

5. Attach the pressure lever (9) with the stop part (5) to the caliper.

6. Attach the stop piece (5) vertically to the spring retainer (15).

7. Secure the caliper (7) with the bolt (8).

8. Compress the spring (17).

9. Remove the valve crackers (14).

10. Remove the valve spring (17) together with the retainer (15).

11. Replace the valve seal (19).

12. Remove the lower spring retainer (20).

13. Remove the cylinder head (87) from the base and remove the valves (21).
