The dimensional characteristics, the values of the working clearances of the bearings and the axial play of the crankshaft are given in Specifications.

2 - Central bolt M18x1.5x50; 3 - Bushing; 8 - Key; 9 - Mounting sleeve; 12 - Pulley with torsional vibration damper; 13 - Hub; 20 - Seal


1. Remove the coolant pump pulley (10).

2. Install the retainer (3) onto the flywheel.

3. Remove the pulley (12) with the crankshaft vibration damper.

4. Using a screwdriver, press out the oil seal (20).

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

1. Remove the gearbox.

2. Remove the flywheel.

3. Using a screwdriver, press out the oil seal (21).

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
