Removal



1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable with the ignition off. The cabin air filter box must be removed first.

Warning! Before disconnecting the cable, find out the radio receiver security code, if any, refer to Section Replacing the battery.


2. Remove the fan, refer to Section Removal and installation the air filter.

3. Remove the air intake.

4. Disconnect the electric fan connector.

5. Turn out the locking pins on the right and left.

6. Remove the screws securing the lock holder on the right and left.

7. Squeeze the radiator retaining clips on the right and left and detach the lock holder.

8. Squeeze the electric fan brackets on the right and left and pull the electric fan upward.

9. Remove the electric fan upwards.

Caution: When doing this, pull the lock holder forward slightly.


Installation



1. Install the electric fan so that its slats fit into the radiator receiving elements on the right and left.

2. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

3. Connect the battery ground (-) cable with the ignition off. Reinstall the cabin air filter box. If necessary, enter the radio code and set the clock.
