Removal and installation the pipe stop (Mercedes-Benz S-Class W220)

Removal

Remove retaining ring 83b, disc spring and stop from pipe 81a. Pipe 81a is secured by disc spring and stop.

Installation

Lubricate the stop 83 and the disc spring 83a with universal grease and insert into the outer tube 81a. Install the disc spring 83a by hand. Insert the new retaining ring 83b into the groove.
