Removing
1. Unscrew the connecting rod caps and remove the connecting rods together with the pistons. Please note that the connecting rods and connecting rod caps of the same cylinder have the same designation.
2. Check the connecting rod bolts.
3. Remove the circlip with a screwdriver and press out the piston pin.
4. Check up backlashes in locks of piston rings and between rings and flutes of the piston.
Installation
1. Lubricate the piston pin and connecting rod bushing.
2. Install the piston so that the numbers (5) And (6) were directed in the direction of movement and the mark on the connecting rod and cover (9) was facing the outside of the engine.
3. Push in the piston pin by hand.
4. Insert the circlip into the groove. Lubricate the cylinder bores, connecting rod journals, liners and pistons with engine oil.
5. Install the mandrel (1) piston rings and fill the piston into the cylinder according to the arrow or number on the piston in the direction of travel.
6. Install connecting rod caps.
7. Turn a cranked shaft and check up ease of rotation.
