With a defective release bearing, noises are heard when the clutch pedal is depressed. To remove it is necessary:
Remove gearbox.
Remove release bearing (1) from the gearbox shaft.
Check the release bearing by hand. To do this, slightly compress and rotate the bearing. It should rotate easily, otherwise replace the release bearing.
Clutch release fork (2) pull in the direction of the arrow (A), and then in the direction of the arrow (IN) and remove from ball joint (3).
To install you need:
Lubricate all friction surfaces with MOS2 grease.
Clutch release fork (2) install on ball joint (3) in the direction opposite to removal.
Ensure that the fork spring is in its mounting position.
Lubricate the bearing and spline of the gearbox input shaft.
Install gearbox.
