Ignition coil (Mercedes-Benz S-Class W116)
The ignition coil primary winding circuit includes an additional resistance, which is switched off when the engine is started, providing a higher current. The ignition coil does not require maintenance except for periodic cleaning; if damaged, the coil must be replaced. Pay attention to the ignition coil and additional resistance. Use only original parts.
