For systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting, special devices are needed. Such devices are very expensive and, as a rule, are available only at service stations. Therefore, only the basic checks are described here.
1. Check the battery, refer to Section Checking battery condition, care and charging.
2. Check all fuses, refer to Section Relays and fuses.
3. Disconnect and reconnect all connectors of the relevant electronic systems. Check the reliability of the connectors and cables in the engine compartment.
4. Check the reliability of all ground connections.
5. Check the tightness of the hoses and pipes. Pay attention to the presence of cracks. Secure any loose connections.
