Removal and installation the top engine cover (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W203)

Removal

1. Remove the mounting screws (3) and (5).

2. Remove the cover (2) of the air distributor from the side.

3. Remove the casing (1) of the cylinder head cover. (4) – rubber bushings.

Installation

1. Install the top engine covers so as not to pinch the wires.

2. Insert the cover strips (2) into the rubber bushings.

3. Tighten the covers with a torque of 10 Nm.
