Removal



1. Remove the right protective cover behind the front wall of the cab.

2. Remove the magazine with wires from the front wall of the cabin. To do this, pull out the spacer pin.

3. Separate the plug connection from the oxygen sensor (arrow).

4. Pull the electrical line with the rubber grommet through the front wall of the cab and disconnect it from the spring clip on the cylinder head cover.

5. Unscrew the oxygen sensor (G3/2) from the exhaust manifold.

Installation



1. Lubricate the threads of the oxygen sensor with a high-temperature lubricating paste, such as Liqui Moly LM-508-ASC, and screw in the sensor with a torque of 55 N·m.

2. Run the electrical line through the front wall of the cabin. Connect the plug connector.

3. Secure the line to the spring clip on the cylinder head cover.

4. Install the magazine with wires on the front wall of the cabin and secure it with a spacer pin.

5. Install the right protective cover behind the front wall of the cabin.
