Removing
1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery terminal (–).
Attention! This erases the anti-theft code of the radio. See before disconnecting wires. subsection 13.1.16.
2. Vehicle without steering wheel adjustment to the driver: remove the steering wheel.
Attention! Observe the safety precautions when handling the airbag device.
3. Vehicle with driver-to-drive steering wheel adjustment: Pull the steering wheel all the way in the direction of the driver.
4. Carefully insert the hook for lifting the brush springs between the upholstery and dashboard and turn it 90°. If necessary, such a hook can be made by yourself.
5. If there is no such hook, remove the lower protective cover.
6. Take the bottom rear of the instrument panel and press the insert evenly without tilting.
7. Pull out the instrument panel evenly.
8. Unlock brackets for fixing electrical connectors (62, 63) and remove these connectors. Remove the dashboard.
Installation
1. Push on both plug connectors and secure by pushing in the clips.
2. Insert the instrument panel without distortion into the hole, press it in and fix it.
3. If removed, install the lower protective cover.
4. Install the steering wheel if necessary.
5. Connect the ground wire to the battery terminal (–). Set the time on the clock and enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
