Removal
1. The coolant temperature sensor is screwed into the water pump on the side, at the top.
2. Before starting work, make sure the engine is cool enough. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Partially drain the coolant as described in Chapter 1A.
4. Disconnect the plug from the sensor on the block.
5. Unscrew the sensor from the water pump and remove the sealing washer.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order. When finished, fill the cooling system as described in Chapter 1A.
