Removal



1. The oil cooler is located behind the front left wing panel.

2. Apply the parking brake, jack up the front of the vehicle and securely place it on stands (see paragraph "Lifting the car with a jack and placing it on supports").

3. If necessary, remove the engine protection, in accordance with chapter 11.

4. Loosen the screws and nuts and remove the trim from the left wheel arch.

5. Place a suitable container under the arch to catch the dripping oil, then unscrew the oil pipe fittings on the top of the oil cooler behind the front fender panel. Be prepared for oil to leak.

6. Remove the two screws and two nuts securing the frame supporting the oil radiator to the car body.

7. Remove the frame together with the oil cooler from under the wheel arch.

8. Loosen the fasteners and remove the oil radiator from the frame.

Installation



9. Before installation, it is advisable to clean the fins of the oil radiator using a soft brush or compressed air.

10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, but when installing the device in the wheel arch, make sure that the protrusions on top of the oil radiator engage with the rubber supports on the body.
