3 - Clutch release bearing; 4 - Clutch release lever; 6 - Heat shield; 6, 7 - Nuts; 9 - Speedometer shaft; 10 - Exhaust system mounting bracket; 11 - Bracket; 19 - Engine support; 27 - "Ground" connection wire; 32 - Retainer; 33 - Split pin connection of the drive shaft; 60 - Exhaust system; 71 - Front part of the propeller shaft; 85a - Inductive sensor


1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the engine support (19).

3. Remove the exhaust system mounting bracket (10) (60) and the bracket (11).

4. Remove the heat shield (5).

5. Unscrew the front part of the propeller shaft (71).

6. Disconnect the exhaust system (60).

7. Unscrew the speedometer shaft (9) or the inductive sensor (85a).

8. Disconnect the pipe (arrow) of the clutch hydraulic line.

9. Remove the retainer (32) and disconnect the gear shift rods.

10. Unscrew the ground connection wire (27) from the gearbox.

11. Loosen the bolts securing the gearbox to the engine.



12. Lubricate the cotter pin connection of the drive shaft (33).

13. Check the thrust bearing (93), clutch release lever (4) and crankshaft ball bearing.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check the oil level in the gearbox and adjust it to the lower edge of the filler hole. The oil volume is 1.5 l.
