Disassembly and assembly of the electrohydraulic control unit
16 - Gear shift plate; 17 - Fixators; 17a, 17b - Bolts; Y3/6 - Electrohydraulic control unit; Y3/6/y1 - Pressure adjustment solenoid valve; Y3/6/y2 - Shift pressure control solenoid valve; Y3/6/y3 - Electromagnetic valve for engaging 1-2 and 4-5 gears; Y3/6/y4 - 3-4 gear shift solenoid valve; Y3/6/y5 - 2-3 gear shift solenoid valve; Y3/6/y6 - Torque converter lock-up solenoid valve
1. Remove the covers from the electrohydraulic control unit.
2. Loosen bolts (17a) and (17b) and remove clamps (17).
3. Using pliers, remove all the solenoid valves (Y3/6/y1)-(Y3/6/y6) from the plate (16).
4. Remove the electrohydraulic unit (Y3/6) from the plate (16) - to remove the unit, it is necessary to press the clamps on the stiffening rib of the transmission fluid temperature sensor.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
