Details of installation of camshafts

Removing
1. Remove the cylinder head cover.
2. Bring the engine to the TDC position of the end of the compression stroke of the first cylinder.
3. Block the intake camshaft (6) using a rod.
4. Install the retainer (7) flywheel.
5. Mark the relative position of the sprocket (5) and timing chains.
6. Remove chain tensioner (10).
7. Unscrew and remove the sprocket (5) exhaust camshaft (7).
8. Turn away the case of camshafts from a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Turn away covers of camshafts. First, remove all covers except (3) And (6).
10. Loosen the cover bolts (3) And (6) (arrows) one turn at a time and remove them.
11. Remove camshafts (6) And (7).
12. Remove bushing (12).
Installation
To remove the camshaft covers: first remove all covers except (3) And (6)
Loosen the cover bolts (3) And (6) alternately
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
The camshaft covers are tightened in the reverse order of removal. Replace the camshaft sprocket bolts.
