Installation details of the fuel distribution line with injectors of the fuel injection and ignition control system LH-SFI
16 - Bolts; 16/8 - Sealing ring; 17 - Fuel distribution line; 17/2 - Return fuel line; 17/3 - Fuel injection line; Y62 - Injectors


1. Reduce the fuel pressure in the distribution line using a special valve.

2. Remove the wire cover on the engine compartment bulkhead.

3. Disconnect the AT vacuum pipe on the intake manifold.

4. Remove the top distributor cap.

5. Disconnect all electrical wires running above the distributor.

6. Disconnect the vacuum tube from the diaphragm pressure regulator.

7. Disconnect the pressure (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.

8. Disconnect the connectors (arrow).

9. Unscrew the bolts (16).

10. Remove the distributor (17) together with the injectors from the intake manifold.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

1. Reduce the fuel pressure in the distribution line using a special valve.

4. Remove all electrical wiring harness straps above the distributor.

5. Disconnect the vacuum line from the diaphragm fuel pressure regulator.

6. Disconnect the pressure (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.

7. Disconnect the connectors (arrow).

8. Unscrew the bolts (16).

9. Remove the distributor (17) together with the injectors. Check the injectors.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
